You Don’t Know What Deadlifts Are
….you do as you’re told.
5 Rounds for time:
275lb deadlifts 5 times
10 burpees

50 pound dumbbell, walking lunge, 10 alternating steps
50 pound dumbbell, swing, 15 reps

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
TOTAL: 300
(Note: GAHHHHH I was going for 301 and ran out of time.)

*Sub-10 is good, sub-8 is better. Totally hit my chin and bit my tongue on the thrusters. (Note to self: Don’t wack face with a metal bar. (Pause.))
